Happy New Year!

Best wishes for 2026 from the JMMC team!

This is the opportunity to recall the page listing the latest releases, pointing out that, for Aspro2, the default star resolver mirror to Simbad has been restored.
And please note that:
Java Web Start requires signing our jar files with trusted root certificate authority.
If javaws fails on your machine, just download the full jar file and run it using:
java -jar Aspro2...jar
See https://github.com/JMMC-OpenDev/aspro-doc/blob/main/aspro-doc.md

Please also note that:
for this first half of the year at least, our team is reduced dramatically and that developments and responses to your requests will take longer. Thank you for your understanding.

This year, our annual JMMC science days will not take place.
We have indeed to work on the changes induced by the reorganization of the SNOs, which will result in the creation of a single SNO for optical interferometry, bringing together the service activities of the CHARA, GRAVITY+, MATISSE, SUV, and MOIO SNOs. This single SNO will be called JMMC for reasons of continuity, but will have a wider scope than the current JMMC. A workshop bringing together the French community interested in this new JMMC will probably take place in the following months.
